1. Trouble Logging In

If you are having trouble logging in the most likely cause is that your browser privacy settings are set too high preventing a cookie from being set. (A cookie is a small text file that identifies your computer to the server. It is removed when you close the browser or log out).

To change the settings use the following steps.

1. Click Tools and select Internet Options from the menu.
2. Click the Privacy tab.
3. You can move the slider up or down to change the privacy level, but a better method is to add Dorset Rough Riders to the sites allowed to set cookies.
4. Click on 'Sites' button.
5. Type in http://www.dorsetroughriders.co.uk and click on 'Allow'.

For Firefox users

1. Click 'Tools' and select 'Options'
2. Either choose to accept cookies or disallow all cookies and add Dorset Rough Riders to the 'Exceptions'
